This week’s deceased estate notices have been published. J193 (Section 29) notices and J187 (Section 35(5)) notices appeared in the Government Gazette and on Nuusflits on Friday 22 May 2026.

What was published this week
J193 notices calling on creditors and debtors of deceased estates to lodge their claims under Section 29 of the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965, together with J187 notices announcing that Liquidation and Distribution Accounts are open for inspection under Section 35(5).
Where the notices appeared
Each notice was placed in the Government Gazette and on Nuusflits, the online newspaper accepted as a compliant publication for deceased estate notices.
Proofs of publication
Proofs of publication for both the Government Gazette and Nuusflits will be dispatched on Monday to the instructing executors and attorneys for inclusion in the Master’s file.
Publication schedule
Deceased estate notices are published every Friday. Executors and attorneys are encouraged to submit notice instructions earlier in the week to secure placement in the next week’s Friday’s publication.
